Fabulous Cottage on Little Silver Lake.
3 bedroom cottage on small quiet lake, ~ 1 hr north of Kingston (up Division St, about 20 min past Westport). $650/wk, max 6 people including guests. Quiet, well behaved pets are ok. No smoking. 232-foot waterfront, rocky shore. Dock and (limited) shallow entry area.

This fully-furnished, recently-renovated three bedroom cottage literally hangs over the waters of a small quiet lake. Sip your lemonade on the wrap-around porch as you watch the wildlife glide silently past -- no binoculars needed! Sleep 6 with the soothing sounds of nature surrounding you.
Canoe, kayak and rowboat provided with assorted lifejackets, paddles, and oars. Gas BBQ, outdoor picnic table, assorted lawn furniture. Parking for two cars. Nearby boat launch for putt-putts. Electric heat, partly winterized.
Fridge, gas stove with oven. You bring 5-gallon water jug for drinking water. We have the hand pump to serve it. Coffee maker, toaster oven, cookware, dishware, silverware, serving dishes supplied but bring your own bed linens, kitchen cloths, and towels. Basic supplies (e.g., TP, soap, cleaning supplies) are provided but you replace whatever gets used up during your stay. Hot and cold running water for easy cleanup (lake water). Cozy table seats 6. No microwave, TV, or other electronics.
Modern bath with sink/ vanity, shower stall. Hot and cold running water (lake water). Indoor compost toilet and newly renovated, clean bright outhouse.
